NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Quality Management Support Lead to join our team in Washington DC, District of Columbia (US-DC), United States (US).

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  1. Create and update quality assurance policies and procedures to cover Control and Assurance for IT Infrastructure Operations and Agile Software Development activities.
  2. Interpret and implement quality assurance standards.
  3. Measure and evaluate adequacy of quality assurance standards.
  4. Define and administer quality activity schedule.
  5. Provide collection and reporting of quality data.
  6. Maintain and improve the implementation and efficiency of a quality-based system.
  7. Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of Infrastructure and Software Development services to ensure client product quality.
  8. Review test plans and analyze test results for software products.
  9. Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities.
  10. Monitor and review trends as well as address non-conformance issues.
  11. Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions
  12. Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards
  13. Monitor risk management activities
  14. Support standard operations (e.g., SOPs) and best practices for all support services performed.
  15. Ensure root cause determination for all critical severity tickets. 

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must be US Citizen and possess or can obtain public trust clearance.
  • BA or BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related disciplines.
  • Must have 10-15 years’ experience.
  • Must have at least one certification or equivalent from the following list and maintain throughout the task order: PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), PMP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional (Amazon Web Services), CCNP Cloud (Cisco), MCSE: Cloud Platform and Infrastructure (Microsoft), and VMware VCP7 - CMA).
