We are currently seeking a Help Desk Senior Analyst with Top Secret Clearance to join our team in Washington, District of Columbia (US-DC), United States (US).

Provides support to end users on a variety of issues. Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems. Responds to telephone calls, email, and personnel requests for technical support. Documents, tracks, and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution. Ensures that all phases of help desk support are properly coordinated, monitors, logged, tracked, and resolved appropriately. These personnel serve as the first point of contact or troubleshooting hardware/software PC and printer problems. Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key task and high impact assignments. Plans and leads major technology assignments. Evaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success. Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments. May supervise others. Position will require travel up to 25%

 

Core Responsibility: 

  • O&M support 

 

Secondary Responsibility: 

  • System Certificate renewals, 
  • PC/server rebuild, tech refresh (phone and phone system deployment).   

 

Primary Product Knowledge: 

  • Avaya SME- Communication Manager Avaya Aura Messaging, System Manager, Session manager, DHCP, Microsoft TAC, Power BI, TEAMS

 

Basic Qualifications: 

  • Minimum 8 years of experience to include: O&M support, identifying, researching and resolving technical problems. 
    • In absence of years of experience, certifications or past work may be used to show the level of experience needed to perform at this level.
  • Active Top Secret Clearance

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree
