We are currently seeking a Helpdesk Specialist to join our team in Washington, District of Columbia (US-DC), United States (US).

NTT Data is seeking a Customer Service Specialist, whose specific tasks shall be.

 

Job Duties:

  • Answers the help desk line and responds to users’ requests regarding computer systems.
  • Provide Tier 1 help desk and customer service support by phone, email or chat.
  • Provide end user assistance with logging in and accessing US AI and Archangel.
  • Provide basic end user assistance for user functions within US AI and Archangel.
  • Escalate any support issues that cannot be resolved to US AI Tier 2 Support team.
  • Routes customers to proper support queue.
  • Monitor US AI and Archangel system and infrastructure status in Archangel and escalating any alerts to US AI Tier 2 Support.
  • Strives to improve customer experience interactions.
  • User management, such as enabling/disabling accounts, and password resets.
  • Responsible for using the continuous monitoring dashboards within Archangel for any alerts and report them to US AI if they occur.
  • Escalate any platform or product issues to the US AI customer support team.

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivlanet combintion of education and work experience  
  • Minimum 2 years of experience providing help desk customer service support
  • Secret Clearance required

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ITIL V4 Foundations or CompTIA A+
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong telephone etiquette skills
  • Basic trouble shooting skills
