We are currently seeking a SME - Maintenance Project Manager to join our team in Washington, District of Columbia (US-DC), United States (US).

Analyzes new and complex project-related problems and create innovative solutions that normally involve the schedule, technology, methodology, tools, solution components, and financial management of the project. Provides analysis and long and short-range plans for necessary support resources. 

Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Coordinate as needed with OCSE staff to ensure that tasks are executed in line with program direction, priorities, and processes. This coordination includes but is not limited to:
  • Works closely with stakeholders to manage all aspects for Project Management and Delivery leadership
  • Experience presenting high-level schedule milestones and rough order of magnitude cost estimates to the Federal Technical Manager
  • Proven skill and experience in project management, managing people, project planning and coordination of daily activities, data analysis, constructive reporting, project management techniques and tools for a contract of similar size and complexity
  • Demonstrated experience having authority and accountability for meeting all contract deliverables and requirements within budget and the use of appropriate tools to track project deliverables such as project plans, and timelines.
  • Demonstrated experience and skills in excellent oral and written communication spanning executives to the general public.
  • Proven skill and experience in critical thinking, innovation, and problem-solving, recommending successful solutions, including the planning and implementation of such solutions.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a multiple Contractor environment.
  • Experience managing projects Health IT or Health and Human Services a plus.
  • Experience using Jira and ServiceNow a plus.

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
  • 10+ years’ experience developing a Project Plan and Schedules
  • 10+ years’ experience meeting all contract deliverables and requirements within budget
  • Public Trust Suitability-US Citizenship Required


Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to physically perform general office requirements
  • Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Experience preferred in one or more of the following: (Cobol, JCL, Assembler) / Control M / Apache HTTP, Tomcat/PostgreSQL, and Springboot Microservice / Java /JavaScript)
  • ITIL Certification Preferred



  • M.S or B.S. In lieu of an M.S. or B.S. degree, four years of additional relevant experience is required.
