NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Program Manager to join our team in Washington, District of Columbia (US-DC), United States (US).



The Program Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects and will provides a single point of contact for those projects. He or she will take projects from original concept through final implementation, interface with all areas affected by the project including end users, computer services, and client services. Additionally, the Program Manager will define project scope and objectives develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.


Additional responsibilities include:

  • Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis
  • Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables
  • Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables
  • Provides technical and analytical guidance to project team
  • Recommends and acts to direct the analysis and solutions of problems


The qualified candidate should have the following:


  • Experience providing technical leadership in a software development environment including O&M, requirements analysis, application design, development, and administration, and customer support services
  • Experience managing development teams in agile development environments adhering to various quality and management frameworks including ITIL Service Management and PMBOK
  • Leadership experience in any phase of the system development life cycle support as task requirements dictate
  • Experience with Change and Configuration Management
  • Experience and accomplished knowledge of multiple technical disciplines, unique applications, and business management practices to develop technical and/or business solutions to client problems
  • Experience assisting clients in planning and developing objectives and goals
  • Ability to supports client objectives while conforming to the client’s operating practices

Clearance Required: US Citizen /  Public Trust
Experience Required: 7 years’ experience in software development program management
Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree (or additional two years of experience). Master’s degree preferred.
Certifications Required: PMP. ITIL V3 preferred.
