NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Program Project Sr Advisor to join our team in Washington, District of Columbia (US-DC), United States (US).

 

 

NTT Data Services Federal Government (NDFG) is Data is seeking a qualified Program Project Sr. Advisor to support the client at the Navy Yard in Washington, D.C.  The Program Project Sr. Specialist will be responsible to work closely with existing team members and will be a motivated self-starter work can work independently at the Undersea Rescue Command in Coronado, California.  Excellent communication and customer service skills are required to interface with the team, program leadership and the customer.   The candidate will perform the following functions:

 

- Provide action item tracking, meeting coordination, facilitation and attendance.

- Assist in the development and reviews of Engineering Technical Work Packages for Submarine Rescue Systems

- Provide individual and organizational capability to the customer as a service

- Maintain a digital archive of engineering and logistics documentation.

- Proficient with MS Office products i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

 

The position is to provide support for PMS 391 Submarine Rescue Systems located at the Undersea Rescue Command (URC) in Coronado California.  The Program Project Sr. Advisor will provide on-site support for work related to U.S. Navy Submarine Rescue Systems and will liaison between the PMS 391 Program Office, Portsmouth Naval Shipyard and the Fleet (URC) to support all related Submarine Rescue System efforts that may arise.

 

Required Qualifications:

 

- 6-8 years of relevant experience

- 4+ years experience in a client facing Customer Service position

- 4+ years experience working with the federal government or military in a support role 

 

 

Education:

 

- Undergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
