NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Senior (Lead) IT Governance Analyst with Top Secret Clearance to join our team in Washington, District of Columbia (US-DC), United States (US).



Our client is looking for an experienced forward-thinking individual to serve as a Lead supporting the IT Governance Program. This position supports the Unit Chief responsible for formulating and executing the IT Governance Program. 

  • Responsible for working with the Customer supporting the re-engineering and managing the client’s IT Governance and Enterprise Framework;
  • Provide the logistics and facilitation of the Executive-level IT Governance boards
  • Provide support for IT asset retirement and cost transparency
  • Perform analysis and audits on underperforming capabilities to help identify root causes and recommend solutions to resolve quickly
  • Create and deliver strategic IT Governance Framework training and materials;
  • Develop and manage the implementation plans to transition to the customer’s IT governance model;
  • Analyze customer/user feedback and recommends changes to the IT Governance framework;
  • Create performance measures on the execution of the IT Governance Framework;
  • Develop reports and dashboards to support executive management and decision-making activities;
  • Assists in the integration of the revised IT Governance Framework with other related processes (e.g., LCM);
  • Contributes to the development of new principles, concepts, and methodologies;
  • Meeting participation and support
  • Promote knowledge sharing and transparency by providing technical guidance as a SME and direction to clients through format of formal and informal meetings, emails, and formal and informal training sessions.  This may include the creation of presentation materials (e.g., PowerPoint briefings, online tutorials, class sessions, etc.)
  • Collaborate with internal and external customers and stakeholders in the execution of the client’s functions
  • Administer the client’s SharePoint sites
  • Perform other work as directed by the customer.

  • Must have an active Top Secret Clearance 
  • Minimum of 5 years of IT governance and project risk management experience
  • ITIL certification or equivalent experience
  • PMP certification is a plus
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • 6-8 years of relevant experience
  • Undergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience

  • Minimum travel may be required to support the work required under this contract.
