We are currently seeking a Technical Project Manager / SCRUM (FTE/Onsite) to join our team in Westlake, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead a cross-functional squad responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering platform modernization initiatives that enhance the client’s enterprise technology landscape.
• Oversee the design, integration, and implementation of enterprise web and middle-tier applications built with Angular, TypeScript, and Java (Spring/Spring Boot), ensuring solutions meet technical and business requirements.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery, including scope definition, resource planning, sprint execution, and milestone tracking to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with technical leads, developers, and business stakeholders to align project objectives, resolve dependencies, and mitigate delivery risks.
• Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, driving effective communication, documentation, and adherence to best practices in agile project management.

Skills/Experience

• 5+ years experience planning, coordinating, and delivering platform modernization initiatives that enhance the client’s enterprise technology landscape utilizing Agile methodologies such as (Kanban, SCRUM).
• 5+ years experience overseeing the development of web/cloud-based applications using technologies using such as Angular, TypeScript, and Java (Spring/Spring Boot).
• 5+ years experience maintaining and updating squad performance metrics (e.g., burn-down charts) and artifacts to ensure accurate and clear feedback to the squad members and clarity to other partners.
• 5+ years experience supporting adoption, and consistent use of enabling tools (e.g., Jira, Mural, MS Teams).
• Proven experience working with multi functional teams to design and implement web/cloud-based applications.
• Prior experience handling large or complex metrics driven initiatives
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills, proactive, organized, highly responsive, and committed to quality.
• B.S. in Finance, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
