We are currently seeking a Field Technician to join our team in Westminster, Colorado (US-CO), United States (US).

Responsible for the on-site integration of company and multi-vendor systems solutions, which may include hardware, software, and networking products as well as operating systems. On-site and/or remote installation, implementation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting and/or repair of desktops, notebooks, printers, and associated peripherals. Serves as company liaison with client on administrative and technical matters. Interprets clients’ needs and clarifies if the responsibility for problem resolution falls to sales personnel, client support representatives or engineers.


Responsible for performing moderate-to-complicated configuration and repair of desktop/notebook computer equipment, low-to-moderate installation of IP phone handsets including network drops, and moderate troubleshooting of technical issues on desktop/notebook computer equipment. This role combines basic level technical skills with an emphasis on delivery high level of customer service.

  • Individuals here have a well-rounded knowledge of the policies and procedures for their work area.
  • Their work may require discretion and independent judgment for non-routine matters. However, the primary focus of work activity is predominately routine.
  • They may make policy recommendations to their managers and be an escalation point for less experienced team members.
  • Performs troubleshooting, parts replacement, system upgrades, basic deployment, and repair on desktops / notebooks/ printers.
  • Identifies potential issues that could adversely impact end user experience and takes corrective action.
  • Ticket management skills and excellent communication and customer service skill


Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years providing end user support
  • Minimum 3 years Desktop Support (configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting)
  • Minimum 3 years of repair of desktops, notebooks, printers, and associated peripherals
