NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Program Manager to join our team in Woodlands, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

 

 

Primary Duties & Areas of Responsibility:

Performs
Initiate, plan, set up and management of the program and project teams
Develop and manage Program plan in accordance with the Project Management Methodology
Develop a program log to track risk, issues, actions
Define or facilitate definition of required outcomes, quality levels and acceptance criteria for each project
Perform coaching and mentoring for project staff as required
Provide advice on project management issues
Perform quality assurance on deliverables and milestones
Develop and maintain project documentation, incl. Charter, Scope Statement, Project Plan, status reports, Resource Plans, Acceptance logs, Action Tracking Logs etc.
Work with respective groups to secure and manage resource availability across project team(s), including business resources
 
Reviews, Verifies and Ensures
Supervise Program and project progress and regularly report on status
Ensure quality compliance of key output and deliverables
Review and approve Transition Plan
Review and approve deliverables and milestone achievement
Ensure adherence to the project plan (milestones) and budget

 

Manages, Approves, Monitors and Reports
Manage costing and billing
Manage Changes and update the project according to changing circumstances
Manage issues and escalations
Identify and manage risks to scope, cost, and schedule
Manage project teams and Program resources
Integrate, monitor and/or manage sub contractors
Develop and maintain project documentation


Coordinates
Facilitate definition of Program mission and charter
Coordinate approval of deliverables and milestones of defined stakeholders
Work with respective groups to secure and manage resource availability across the project team, including business resources

Required experience:

5+ years Program management experience--managing multiproject program
