Once You Are Here, You Will: 

•    Design and develop custom Magento 2 e-commerce websites using PHP, implementing responsive themes, custom modules, and advanced functionality for optimal user experience and conversion optimization
•    Create and customize sophisticated Magento themes using modern frontend technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design principles for seamless cross-device compatibility
•    Develop custom Magento modules and extensions using advanced architecture patterns including dependency injection, plugins, observers, and design patterns for scalable, maintainable functionality
•    Integrate third-party services and APIs including payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, Square), shipping carriers, inventory management systems, and marketing automation platforms
•    Optimize Magento store performance through advanced caching strategies, database optimization, code profiling, and implementing comprehensive performance best practices for high-traffic environments
•    Configure and manage complex multi-store setups, internationalization features, and sophisticated product catalog structures for enterprise-level e-commerce operations and global reach
•    Implement robust Magento security best practices including SSL configuration, admin security hardening, and compliance with PCI DSS requirements for secure online transactions
•    Collaborate with digital marketing teams to implement SEO optimization, analytics integration, conversion tracking, and provide technical guidance on e-commerce best practices and platform capabilities

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of professional experience developing and customizing Magento 2 e-commerce websites with demonstrated expertise in PHP and Magento architecture
Expert-level proficiency in PHP programming language with deep understanding of object-oriented programming, MVC architecture, and comprehensive Magento framework concepts
Strong experience with frontend technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and responsive web design for creating engaging e-commerce user interfaces
Extensive knowledge of MySQL database management, query optimization, and thorough understanding of Magento's database structure and entity-attribute-value model
Experience with Magento's CLI tools, Composer dependency management, version control systems (Git), and collaborative development workflows for team-based projects
Deep understanding of e-commerce business processes including order management, inventory tracking, shipping methods, payment processing workflows, and customer lifecycle management
Experience with Magento performance optimization, caching mechanisms (Varnish, Redis), server configuration, and deployment strategies for high-traffic e-commerce environments
Experience with Adobe Commerce Cloud (Magento Commerce) and enterprise-level Magento implementations for large-scale, multi-national e-commerce operations

Preferred Experience:

Knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue.js) and their integration with Magento PWA Studio for headless e-commerce development and progressive web applications
Familiarity with e-commerce analytics tools, conversion optimization techniques, A/B testing methodologies, and user experience optimization for improving online store performance
Understanding of digital marketing concepts including SEO optimization, PPC integration, email marketing automation, and customer segmentation strategies for comprehensive e-commerce solutions
Experience with DevOps practices including Docker containerization, CI/CD pipelines, cloud hosting platforms, and automated deployment strategies for Magento applications
Knowledge of B2B e-commerce features, customer group management, complex pricing structures, and enterprise-level functionality for sophisticated business requirements
Professional Magento certifications (Magento Certified Developer, Magento Certified Solution Specialist) demonstrating platform expertise and commitment to continuous learning
Experience with ERP integrations, inventory management systems, third-party e-commerce tools, and comprehensive business automation solutions for enterprise clients
