We are currently seeking a Project Program Mgmt. Senior Specialist to join our team in bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).
The role requires resource to work in UK /Afternoon shift hours.
The Opportunity
Our requirement is for a PMO Analyst to join our existing team and be responsible for providing ongoing PMO support across a portfolio of projects.
As a PMO Analyst, you will have experience of performing a similar role previously within a professional services company, where you will have gained a strong understanding and experience of project delivery and processes, a high attention to detail and a good level of financial awareness, Third Party Vendor management , coupled with an excellent knowledge of project and programme management methodologies.
The Role
The role requires you to have strong analytical, interpretation and reporting skills, as well as having the confidence to suggest and implement continuous improvement activities. Must have experience in Finance related PMO activities.
Responsibilities will include:
- Data Feed: Important to understand the progress of the data feed migration, the different phases and stage gates of the programme
•Understand the commercial complexities and the criteria to manage acceptance criteria for migrated data feeds and associated incentives
•Process accurate invoices based on the commercial terms and conditions and the management of POs and payments to 3 of our ecosystems suppliers within OneERP and Ariba.
•Resource and costs: Raise resource demands in the Kimble system. Implement a Headcount Dashboard for resources assigned to the project incorporating Annual Leaves, to support tracking costs in OneERP
- Taking a pro-active approach to resolving problems, escalating concerns and leading status calls with senior account stakeholders
The Person
- Experience of working in a similar role, ideally with a Consulting and IT services organisation and / or the Telecoms, Insurance, Public Sector domain(s)
- Good working knowledge of project / programme management methodologies
- Strong financial management experience in order to manage project costs, revenue, WIP and TCV data
- Strong analytical, interpretation and reporting skills are essential
- Good understanding and experience of project delivery and acceptance processes
- Excellent people skills, with an ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders across all levels of the business
- Advanced IT skills (including MS Excel, Power BI, MS Office (more generally), MS Visio
