We are currently seeking a Program Consultant to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

5. About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the delivery and lifecycle management of enterprise-scale AI/ML and GenAI platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities, capable of driving cross-functional initiatives, managing stakeholders, and ensuring scalable, compliant, and high-performing platform operations.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in managing complex AI/ML programs, strong knowledge of cloud-based platforms, and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

6. In This Role, You Will

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI/ML and GenAI platform initiatives across multiple teams
• Drive program planning, execution, and governance aligned with business objectives
• Manage dependencies across engineering, data science, and product teams
• Establish and track program KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align priorities and ensure seamless execution
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues proactively
• Ensure adherence to platform governance, compliance, and security standards
• Enable continuous improvement through data-driven insights and analytics
• Support product operations and lifecycle optimization of AI/ML platforms
• Drive adoption of best practices in AI/ML lifecycle management

7. Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 10–15 years of experience in program/project management, with strong exposure to AI/ML platforms
• Proven experience in managing large-scale technology programs and cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of AI/ML lifecycle management, including deployment and monitoring
• Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and executive communication
• Experience in risk and issue management within complex programs
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

8. Desired Qualifications

• Experience working with GenAI platforms and solutions
• Certifications in Program Management (PMP, PgMP, Agile, or SAFe)
• Exposure to platform governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements
• Experience working in product-oriented organizations
• Knowledge of data engineering and MLOps practices
• Experience in building and operating delivery dashboards and metrics

9. Job Expectations

• Own and drive successful delivery of AI/ML and GenAI platform programs with strong focus on timelines, quality, and scalability
• Demonstrate strong program governance, planning, execution, and reporting discipline
• Effectively manage cross-functional dependencies across engineering, product, and data teams
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment across leadership and execution teams
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, issues, and program bottlenecks
• Ensure adherence to AI/ML lifecycle best practices including deployment, monitoring, and optimization
• Drive adoption of platform governance, compliance, and security standards
• Leverage data and metrics to drive program decisions and continuous improvement
• Establish and maintain delivery KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting mechanisms
• Support product operations and enable platform enhancements aligned with business needs
• Utilize cloud platforms effectively for scalable AI/ML program delivery
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and operational excellence
