We are currently seeking a Senior Lead Engineer to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Key Responsibilities

Design end-to-end UX for Salesforce apps (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud)
Convert business needs and CRM workflows into clear user journeys, wireframes, and UI designs
Use and extend Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) for consistent UI Build low- and high-fidelity prototypes for validation with users and stakeholders
Conduct user research, usability testing, and evaluations
Collaborate with developers and architects to ensure feasible, platform-aligned designs
Improve usability of data-heavy interfaces like dashboards, forms, and workflows
Maintain reusable design systems and components aligned with Salesforce standards
Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and performance best practices
Present design concepts to stakeholders and leadership

Required Skills & Experience

4–8 years in UI/UX design, including 2+ years on Salesforce
Strong knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud)
Hands-on experience with SLDS Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD
Experience with enterprise/CRM application design
Strong skills in user flows, wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design
Understanding of Salesforce UI limitations and component-based architecture
Experience working in Agile teams
Strong collaboration skills across global teams

Preferred Qualifications

UX understanding of Salesforce Lightning Components (LWC/Aura)
Familiarity with App Builder, Dynamic Forms, Experience Cloud
Experience designing dashboards, reporting tools, workflows Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, frontend frameworks
Consulting or client-facing experience
Salesforce certifications (optional)
