We are currently seeking a Z4_Service Now Lead (Senior Project Manager (ServiceNow + Workday) to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Job Description – Senior Project Manager (ServiceNow + Workday)

Location: Bangalore (Mandatory)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with strong expertise in ServiceNow and Workday to lead enterprise transformation and implementation programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow and Workday implementation, integration, and migration projects.

• Manage project planning, stakeholder communication, risk management, and successful project execution.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams across business and technology to ensure timely delivery.

• Drive requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

• Collaborate with global stakeholders and third-party vendors to deliver business outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 12+ years of IT experience with 5+ years as a Project Manager.

• Hands-on experience managing ServiceNow implementation and integration projects.

• Experience with Workday implementations/integrations (HR, Finance, or related modules).

• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Waterfall methodologies, and enterprise application delivery.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

• Experience in HRSD, ITSM, integrations, or digital transformation programs is preferred.

Location Requirement:

Bangalore – Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore.
