We are currently seeking a Audio/Visual Technology Specialist to join our team in fort washington, Pennsylvania (US-PA), United States (US).

AV Technology Specialist (for Design Studios / Sales Centers).  This position requires 50% travel to design studios and sales centers in the U.S.  This is an onsight position at our client's office in Fort Washington, PA.

Job Responsibilities Include: 

• Digital Signage Software and Hardware
• Partner with National Design Studio Data and Technology team to define and plan technology solutions across all Design Studios
• Partner with AVI-SPL to test and define equipment to best support use cases and improve functionality for digital signage needs in Sales Centers and Design Studios.
• Provide an escalation path for on-going issues and concerns related to existing Studio hardware and related infrastructure
• Support execution of technology in Sales Centers and Design Studios working with Design Studio Managers, AVI-SPL and corporate IT team
• Aid in setting-up Appspace Software channels and help support ongoing Appspace content needs
• Research and continue to identify new equipment to be tested, drive innovation in technology solutions.
• Travel up to 50%

• Basic Qualifications:
  • 3+ years experience in Audio/Visual or related technology field

• Preferred Skills:
• Works well under pressure and has excellent troubleshooting skills
• Applies creative problem-solving to address business needs and issues
• Able to plan and prioritize while focusing on detail orientation and effective time management
• Able to work with employees among multiple departments
• Able to utilize the department specific technologies to solve business challenges
• Participate in continuing education as needed
• Keen interest in technology
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Excellent analytical ability and strong attention to detail
