If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.We are currently seeking a BPO Administrative Operations Associate to join our team in Louisville KY (US-KY), United States (US).BPO Administrative Operations Associate job description:This position is temporary and not eligible for company benefits.Follow all processes and directions laid out by the supervisor and team leader to fulfill the needs of the mailroom on a daily and weekly basis. Pay for this role is $xx/hrThis is a permanent work onsite role at our client’s location in Louisville, KYBasic Qualifications:Must be willing to learn new equipment and lift 20lbs.1 year experience in a business role that required Microsoft Suite ApplicationsHigh School or GED GraduateResponsibilities:Sorting, prepping and scanning of incoming mailSorting and processing all types of Insurance documents.Research and input policy numbers and client informationKnowledge of software programs to include Windows and MS OfficeRetrieve mail from PO Boxes.Securely transfer to the facility for sort and prep.Prepare documents for scanning and do clean up and recording of the documents as they are sorted.Report on documents where needed.Scan the documents into the system.Any one-off processing of for the clientClean up and store documents in secure facility for determined time frameGet documents for destructionRetrieve hard copy of document if neededPrint job and running equipment.Outgoing mailClean desk and clean up at the end of dayFulfill any print jobs pending and TAT same day as well as mail scanned and all print completeBe willing to learn new equipmentLift 20lbsRequired schedule of availability for this position is Monday-Friday: First Shift 8:00 AM until 4:30 PM eastern time.  Shift times may be changed as per client requirements and/or business needs.  Overtime may be required based on business requirements.New hire must have a working device (such as cell phone or tablet) for the 2-Factor Authentication process.*** All new hires will be required to successfully complete our training classes and demonstrate proficiency of the material.Must Pass Drug screen.Must Pass a background check with Education check and employment verification check. About NTT DATANTT DATA is a $30 billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
