The team member is responsible to play a role in Contracts set-up, Billing and Cash Application function of one of key group company.  This includes coordinating set-ups for clients of group company across various countries managed by GBSS function of NTT DATA.  Also includes providing support on internal/external queries regarding Contract Set-up, Billing and Cash Application and timely follow-ups. The Other responsibilities of the team member would be to ensure the Month End close is completed within the defined SLA’s.

 

 

Role and Responsibilities:

 

• To play a critical role in performing any task contract set up, billing or cash application on the daily basis.
• Understand accounting flow of transaction in SAP
• Should know the complete understanding of Order to Cash cycle
• Participate in weekly meeting and provide updates on assigned work.
• To report any non-compliance issues to the Team-lead so that precautionary measures can be put in place.
• To Ensure that the billing is taking place within the SLA’s and the On- Account balances is kept at minimum or on agreed SLA’s
• Ensure proper control checks are introduced, so that errors are minimized/eliminated.
• Understand various reporting and BI tool to extract data and analysis.

 

Required Skills for this role include:

 

  • Graduate in Commerce.
  • At least 2+ year(s) of experience in an Prior experience in Contracts set-up, Billing and Cash Application role is a must. Proficiency in ERP systems At least 2 year(s) of experience where you had to respons to queries from internal stakeholders and external supplier’s daily.
  • At least 2 year(s) of experience where you had properly manages time, establishes priorities and effectively schedules work to meet deadlines.
  • At least 2 year of experience using the Microsoft Office suite including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

  • Demonstrated focus on quality that includes attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability for your work product.
  • Ability to communicate (oral/written) effectively in a professional/office setting
  • Effective troubleshooting skills where you can leverage your research, analysis, and problem solving skills.
  • Time management skills that require the ability to cope with a complex, changing environment
