We are currently seeking a Digital Engineering Lead Engineer to join our team in hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Delivers code on time independently, meeting the Definition of Done
• Operates as a "full-stack" developer on at least one platform and technology
• Develops and has demonstrated depth in two or more technologies or platforms
• Mentors more junior developers in pair-programming sessions
• Provides design guidance within an established architecture
• Applies patterns and SOLID principles as second-nature
•  Sets up development environments from scratch
• Provides hosting requirements for deployment
• Creates new builds in an established CI infrastructure and deploys code to established infrastructure
• Designs features with supervision
• Trains new team members in source control management, continuous integration, and story management tools
• Identifies and proposes design and performance improvements to client applications, systems and processes
• Raises issues to clients
• Resolves issues 1:1 with client peers

 Technical Skillset 

Basic Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in .NET/.NET Core leading the development of highly scalable and resilient applications incorporating SOLID programming principles. 
• Proficient with microservice architecture & patterns, commonly used messaging patterns. Development experience with messaging platforms e.g. Kafka 
• Strong Experience with REST API Development and platforms i.e., ASP.net core WEB API 
• Proficient with unit and service testing. Experience with testing frameworks xunit, Nunit etc. Familiar with TDD (Test Driven Development) 

 Preferred Skills:

• Experience with relational and nosql databases eg; SQL Server, Oracle etc. Familiarity with writing stored procedures.  
• Experience with performance tuning and troubleshooting of apps deployed in production. 
• Solid understanding of Continuous Integration, server operating systems and cloud hosting models, able to setup development environment from scratch, and create new CI builds within an established CI pipeline and deploy to established infrastructure
• Experience with containerization technologies e.g. Docker, Kubernetes  
• Experience with any cloud platform (Azure / AWS) is big plus.  
• Ability to work independently.  
• Ability to understand business context behind technical requirements. Ability to collaborate and communicate with non-technical business stakeholders.    
• Be able to contribute to design discussions. Be able to technically mentor other team members. 
• Be able to translate requirements into technical design.  
• Communicate architecture and other project requirements clearly to team members.  
• Be able to contribute to discussions to generate stories out of design.
