We are currently seeking a M365 Support Expert to join our team in hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).

Job Description: 

• Provide end to end maintenance support, implementation, configuration and administration of Microsoft 365 and related applications 

• Provide consultation and hands-on implementation support for customer server mail migrations including design, configuration, migration best practices, and strategies to support operational KPIs. Should have working knowledge of ITIL service delivery model. 

• Work on reports and data extracts 

• Test and deploy applications and systems 

• Work on incidents and service requests 

• Ability to deliver support services to meet SLAs 

• Experience in cross skilling team to create backups, working in 24/7 support environment providing team coverage for priority (P1/P2) issues 

Skills: 

• 5+ Years of experience in M365 support and administration 

• Bachelor's degree in engineering 

• Should have continuous improvement attitude and identify areas for problem management 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
