We are currently seeking a RPA Technical Support Manager to join our team in hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).
"Job Duties: • 8+ years of experience in client-facing technology solutioning, project, program and/or delivery management roles focused on software development and systems integration, preferably in an RPA role.
• Experience in developing the bots on Microsoft Power Automate and Automation Anywhere, etc, mandatory.
• Experience managing the Support projects on Microsoft Power Automate and Automation Anywhere, etc, mandatory.
• Strong technical background with ability to solution and estimate
• Leveraging industry best practices and experience, identify automation opportunities and recommend automation solutions including architectural and technical designs
• Provide technical guidance to the team on the Support running in the shifts, and perform code reviews.
• Experience with all Microsoft (MS) Project and MS Office applications is mandatory whilst that with Jira, Azure Dev Ops, Product board is a plus.
• High attention to detail and proven ability to manage and deliver on multiple, competing and conflicting priorities simultaneously.
• Experience in building teams, automating processes, designing solutions, managing delivery, managing change and scheduling releases on a regional/global scale.
• Self-motivated and proactive team player with innovative ideas and interpersonal skills to inspire customer loyalty and product adoption.
• Able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Flexible to work and interact with clients globally in different time zones
• PMP certification or Scrum Master certification will be considered a plus
Minimum Skills Required: Automation Anywhere - 3+ years
Microsoft Power Automate Desktop and Cloud - 2+ years
Technical Lead - 2+ years
Project Management - 2+ years
Strong understanding of SQL statements, stored procedures, etc
Strong communication skills"
