Administration & Platform Operations

• Manage Service Requests and Release Tasks to ensure timely completion and environment stability.
• Oversee Change Request Management, including impact assessment and execution.
• Perform Lower Environment (lower region) maintenance and environment refresh activities.
• Manage Virtual Warehouses, including sizing, monitoring, and optimization.
• Handle Zero‑Copy Clone creation, lifecycle maintenance, and environment refresh support.
• Oversee Data Replication Management across regions and accounts.
• Perform DBA task automation to improve operational efficiency.
• Manage and refresh Snowflake Shares, including adding new objects and updating 1‑1 views.

2. Security & Access Management

• Execute User Management, account provisioning, and lifecycle maintenance.
• Manage role hierarchies, access grants, and permissions following least‑privilege principles.
• Handle Tag‑Based Masking policies, updates, and troubleshooting masking‑related issues.

3. Monitoring, Optimization & Issue Resolution

• Monitor SQL queries and workloads; identify bottlenecks and apply corrective actions.
• Troubleshoot user issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and deliver technical resolutions.
• Perform resource monitoring, including warehouse usage, credit consumption, and performance metrics.
• Investigate system errors and apply fixes or workarounds to maintain platform stability.
• Collaborate with Snowflake vendor support to analyze, track, and resolve platform bugs.

4. Development Support & Environment Management

• Manage and Create database Shares and ensure consistency across development, testing, and production environments.
• Refresh lower regions using Shares and data refresh methodologies.
• Support developer teams with queries, environment setup, and access needs.
