We are currently seeking a Production Support - DevOps, New York, NY to join our team in newYork, New York (US-NY), United States (US).

This is a permanent, fulltime, salaried position with benefits.  Not open to C2C or C2H.

DevOps production support

Job Duties and Responsibilities Include:

1. Manage daily production support issues across Risk and Investments systems
2. Monitoring applications and system health via alert monitoring tools and provide quick response to alerts escalations and all outages
3. Investigate and Resolve Technical errors
4. Perform Root cause analysis for production issues and incidents to address and prevent them for repeating
5. Document processes and procedures related to production support tasks
6. Works with IT partners to automate and simplify software delivery processes
7. May be involved in maintenance of business systems and interface applications

Basic, Required Qualifications:

• Minimum five years of experience in technology preferably supporting Investment and Investment Technology solutions

Other Desired Qualifications:

• Knowledgeable in Cloud technologies, such as Amazon AWS and Microsoft Azure
• Experience, but not proficiency, in: Python, RDBMS/SQL, and general scripting technologies
• Ability to understand highly complex systems and data flows
• Understanding of markets, asset management/asset classes, and related accounting flows is preferred
• Demonstrated analysis and communication skills, able to resolve technology and business problems
• Demonstrated ability to work well with cross-functional groups
