Job Title: GCP Cloud Developer

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled GCP Cloud Developer to join our dynamic team. As a GCP Cloud Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing cloud-based solutions using Google Cloud Platform services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable, efficient, and secure cloud solutions. Your role will involve ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of our cloud infrastructure. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy cloud-based solutions using Google Cloud Platform services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. Optimize cloud solutions for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency. Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes. Monitor and maintain cloud systems to ensure high availability and reliability. Document technical designs, processes, and best practices. Write and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform. Implement and manage container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes. Perform regular performance tuning and capacity planning for cloud resources. Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans. Integrate third-party services and APIs with GCP solutions. Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure coding standards and best practices. Implement security best practices to protect cloud infrastructure and data. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to GCP services. Stay updated with the latest GCP features and industry trends. Mentor and guide junior developers on cloud development and best practices. Requirements: Proven experience as a Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Developer or similar role. Strong understanding of GCP services such as Compute Engine, Kubernetes Engine, BigQuery, and Cloud Functions. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java, Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes. Knowledge of cloud security best practices and compliance standards. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Google Cloud certifications such as Professional Cloud Developer or Professional Cloud Architect. Experience with serverless computing and microservices architecture. Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation. Knowledge of data storage solutions such as Cloud SQL, Firestore, or Bigtable. Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Stackdriver.
