We are currently seeking a CX Consultant to join our team in pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (US-PA), United States (US).

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong analytical skills for understanding complex business environments and user needs.
• Expertise in information architecture and usability testing methodologies.
• Proficiency in wireframe creation and UX/UI design tools.
• Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting and translating data into actionable recommendations.
• Ability to facilitate effective workshops and focus group sessions.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or related field.
• Proven experience in UX consultancy and project management.
• Familiarity with current UX trends and technologies.
