NTT DATA is currently looking for a Technical Business Analyst - Banking in Sheffield and/or remote for our growing team in the UK.

 

Job Overview:

 

The Technical Business Analyst will be responsible for understanding application runbooks, recovery procedures, and platform specifics. This role primarily involves writing recovery runbooks, identifying dependencies, and requires substantial documentation. A strong understanding of architecture is required as the work is primarily in the architectural domain.

 

Responsibilities and Duties:

 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to document application recovery methods.
  • Collect crucial data necessary for recovery.
  • Work in tandem with an established team overseeing multiple workbooks.
  • Work with application teams, business and infra teams
  • Attend meetings to address inquiries related to runbooks.
  • Data mapping and documentation.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of Mainframe systems is a plus.

 

Additional Information:

 

The assigned resource will join an existing team currently working on multiple workbooks. They should be capable of managing meetings to address any runbook-related queries, ensuring a smooth and efficient recovery process.
