We are currently seeking a Alliance Mangement Senior Director to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Google Business Manager

ONE NTT partner business plan : Drive and track progress on all metrics, as well as lead implementation of subsequent enhancements to the agreed upon partner business plan in SPA

Partner QBRs : standardize process/procedure, track cadence, participation and action items.  Ensure defined processes & guidelines are followed for key cadences. Include 1. priority country, 2. regional (LatAm, EMEA, NorthAM, APAC), 3. global. 

Operations: Manage the operations team to ensure smooth execution of all alliance operations and reporting globally (including tagging, registration, central funding, process/procedure, Partner Portal management, etc)

Legal Contracts : own global program management and act as the custodian of our Google contracts, ensuring global hierarchy and benefits/commitments

Training and Certifications: work with practices to drive capability build (training, certification, specializations) as per plan

Marketing : Collaborate with Marketing stakeholders to track & execute the global marketing strategy for the partnership

PMO : Act as the channel for PMO coordination with key functions such as Finance, HR, & legal

Executive Alignment: Track cadences between NTT and partner execs across all joint technical efforts, industry sectors, and Geos

Executive Briefing Documents: Keep executive briefing documents updated in preparation of executive cadence, track action items from executive meetings

Working Group : own weekly working group call, information sharing, best practices, reporting updates, pipeline monthly growth, track activity and own WIP report.

Joint Business Plans : work with regions and practices (GenAI, SAP) to track progress on JBP’s, rolling up to a global perspective

Marketplace : work with practice, marketing team, and regions to develop strategy to grow NTT offerings in Google Cloud Marketplace

Newsletter : in collaboration with marketing, practice, and regions, lead content creation for monthly internal and external newsletter on Google and NTT Data partnership

Strategic Initiatives :  in collaboration with practice and regions to identify & prioritize plays (industry specific & horizontal), and track pipeline for each play.  Own and manage the portfolio of priority plays across their life cycles (addition/deletion /refresh of portfolio through incubate, nurture, scale, retire of plays)
