We are currently seeking a Business Consultant B2B CRM C4C to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Exp: 5-7 Years

Tasks-

1. Translates and details business requirements into End-2-End solution concepts for global B2B CRM digital products; ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope
2. Candidate needs to have experience in CPI, BTP and C4C Reporting topics.
3. Leads the product development process with international agile DevOps teams;
4. Act as a subject matter expert for SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) solutions, providing guidance and support to clients throughout the implementation and post-implementation phases.
5. Design, configure, and customize SAP C4C solutions to meet client requirements, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.
6. Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for client users, ensuring they are proficient in using SAP C4C tools and features.
7. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for clients, addressing any issues or challenges that arise with their SAP C4C implementation.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and other consultants, to ensure successful project delivery.
9. Stay current with SAP C4C updates and advancements, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance client solutions.
10. Apart from different C4C business objects knowledge, also it's necessary to have knowledge and experience with:

5. C4C Customizing and Layouts Adaptations

8. SAP Incident Management

Skills/Knowledge

1. Knowledge in C4C, CPI, BTP and Reporting
2. Communication skills, able to orchestrate Business and Service providers,
3. willingness to work in an international located team;
4. Usage of agile working methods and tools (Scrum, KANBAN, JIRA/Confluence);
5. Knowledge and experience with interfaces and connectivity between SAP Cloud and on-premise Systems
6. Fluent in English
7. Education
8. Studies in Informatics, Business Administration or similar.
9. Experience in the domain of B2B CRM processes and SAP based system environment (SAP Sales Cloud (C4C))
10. SAP Modules Knowledge (nice to have)
11. BW Knowledge (nice to have)
12. SAC Knowledge (nice to have)
13. C4C Version 2.0 (nice to have)
14. SAP Marketing Cloud (nice to have)
