We are currently seeking a Process and Compliance Analyst to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

The successful candidate will join a global SAP Implementation program where the main activities will be:

1. SAP Solman, review, and approval of test executions  
2. Defect Management
3. Training of functional consultants in Data Migration test and validation activities for the program
4. Training of business SMEs in Data Migration test and validation activities for the program
5. Follow up on training and validation completion by program participants
6. Creating training material
7. Creation and review of Compliance documentation

It is essential that the candidate has excellent English and communication skills. As well as fulfilling the minimum requirements which are

1. 4 years’ experience from SAP IT projects in a global corporation
2. 3 years’ experience in a GMP environment
3. 2 years’ experience as an instructor for businesspeople and functional consultants in SAP or Compliance Projects
4. 2 years’ experience with IT SOPs
5. 2 years of Data Integrity/Data Migration experience
6. 2 years’ experience with hands on SAP Solman
7. 1 year of Experience with Microsoft and Google administrative tools, Like, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Excel and Word
8. 1 year of experience with Jira  

Nice to have

• SAP Technical experience with Data Migration/ETL and/or SAP S4 Functionality
