We are currently seeking a WalkMe/Training Consultant to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Requirements for This Role

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital adoption or enterprise application training, including at least 2 years of hands-on WalkMe development.
• Experience delivering WalkMe solutions through requirements gathering, development, testing, and publishing in an enterprise environment.
• Experience supporting SAP business processes, preferably SAP S/4HANA/Fiori, in at least one relevant process area.
• Hands-on experience developing end-user courses, job aids, or quick reference guides for ERP implementations.
• Ability to facilitate SME discussions, explain processes in written training materials, and support train-the-trainer delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

• WalkMe certification and familiarity with HTML/CSS, web page structure, and element selection for troubleshooting.
• Experience in Order to Cash, Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Manufacturing, or Materials Management; exposure to SAP SAC, GRC, Ariba, IBP, or Project System.
• Experience managing deliverables across multiple process areas with overlapping timelines.
• Experience with WalkMe administration, analytics, and administrator handover.
• Spanish or Malay proficiency and experience supporting bilingual training or multilingual content.

Schedule Availability

Monday–Friday, with flexibility for scheduled overlap across time zones. Working hours will be agreed during hiring, with occasional schedule adjustments based on program requirements.
