We are currently seeking a Delivery Manager to join our team in Gurgaon, Haryāna (IN-HR), India (IN).

Job Title: Delivery Manager – Telco & Media (Cross-Functional IT Programs)

Location: Gurgaon, India
Experience:

  • 12+ years overall IT experience
  • 5–7 years in Delivery/Program Management roles
  • Telecom/Media domain experience preferred

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead and manage cross-functional IT programs for a strategic Telco & Media client. The role requires strong delivery leadership combined with client relationship management, account growth mindset, and awareness of emerging technologies including AI.

The ideal candidate should be capable of managing end-to-end delivery while also engaging closely with client stakeholders on the ground, identifying new opportunities, and driving strategic value within the account.


Key Responsibilities

Delivery & Program Management

  • Own end-to-end delivery of multiple cross-functional IT projects/programs
  • Ensure delivery within scope, timelines, budget, and quality expectations
  • Manage program governance, risks, dependencies, escalations, and reporting
  • Drive Agile/Hybrid delivery methodologies and operational excellence
  • Coordinate across engineering, QA, DevOps, architecture, data, and business teams

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders across business and technology teams
  • Act as a trusted partner for delivery and operational discussions
  • Walk the floor with client teams to understand challenges, gather feedback, and identify improvement opportunities
  • Conduct governance meetings, steering reviews, and executive-level updates

Account Growth & Opportunity Identification

  • Identify opportunities for enhancements, transformation initiatives, automation, and new programs within the account
  • Support solutioning and proposal discussions for new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, and leadership teams to drive account growth

AI & Innovation Focus

  • Demonstrate understanding of AI, automation, and digital transformation trends
  • Identify potential AI-led improvements within delivery and operations
  • Work with technical teams to explore AI-driven use cases and innovation opportunities for the client

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead distributed cross-functional teams across onsite/offshore models
  • Mentor project managers, leads, and delivery teams
  • Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement culture

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in IT Delivery/Program Management
  • Proven experience managing complex enterprise programs in Telecom/Media domain
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong commercial and account management awareness
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum and traditional delivery methodologies
  • Ability to identify client opportunities and drive relationship growth
  • Good understanding of AI/automation trends in enterprise IT environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Telecom OSS/BSS, Media platforms, or digital transformation programs
  • PMP / PRINCE2 / SAFe / Agile certifications preferred
  • Exposure to Cloud, Data, Analytics, and AI-driven platforms is an advantage
