We are currently seeking a Software Developer to join our team in Gurgaon, Haryāna (IN-HR), India (IN).

Job Title: Software Developer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Software Developer with 8+ years of experience in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in C#, T-SQL, NUnit, and Reqnroll, with the ability to build high-quality, reliable, and testable software solutions. This role requires solid backend development experience, strong database knowledge, and a quality-first mindset with a focus on automation and testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications using C#
• Write, optimize, and support complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and database scripts
• Create and execute unit tests using NUnit
• Develop and maintain automated test scenarios using Reqnroll
• Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver robust solutions
• Participate in full software development lifecycle activities including design, coding, testing, debugging, and deployment
• Ensure code quality, performance, scalability, and maintainability
• Troubleshoot application and database-related issues and provide timely resolutions
• Contribute to test automation strategy and ensure adequate test coverage
• Perform code reviews and follow coding standards and best practices
• Work closely with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments
• Prepare and maintain technical and functional documentation

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in software development
• Strong hands-on experience in C#
• Strong experience in T-SQL
• Proven experience with NUnit for unit testing
• Hands-on experience with Reqnroll for test automation / BDD
• Good understanding of software design principles and coding best practices
• Experience in debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
• Familiarity with relational databases and database design concepts
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with .NET-based enterprise application development
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing workflows
• Knowledge of behavior-driven development and test-driven development practices
• Experience with source control tools such as Git or Azure DevOps
• Exposure to API testing and integration testing practices
