We are currently seeking a Systems Integration Specialist to join our team in Gurgaon, Haryāna (IN-HR), India (IN).

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled SharePoint resource with strong experience in SharePoint On-Premises and administration and working knowledge of SharePoint Online / Power Apps and Power Automate. The role will be responsible for maintaining, supporting, and optimizing SharePoint environments, ensuring platform stability, security, and performance while supporting business applications built on SharePoint.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing SharePoint farms, migrations, governance, and integration with Microsoft 365 services.

Key Responsibilities

SharePoint On-Premises

• Administer and maintain SharePoint Server environments (2016 / 2019).
• Manage SharePoint farm architecture, servers, service applications, and web applications.
• Perform patching, upgrades, and cumulative updates for SharePoint farms.
• Monitor and troubleshoot farm health, performance, and availability.
• Monitor logs including ULS logs, Event Viewer, and performance metrics.

SharePoint Online

Administer SharePoint Online sites, permissions, and site collections.

• Manage document libraries, metadata, and content types.
• Support integration with Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform.
• Build and maintain new forms and applications leveraging SPO lists, power apps and power platform

Migration & Modernization

• Support migration of SharePoint On-Premises environments to SharePoint Online.
• Use migration tools such as:
• SharePoint Migration Tool (SPMT)
• ShareGate
• Assist in modernizing legacy SharePoint applications and workflows.

Support & Troubleshooting

• Provide L2/L3 support for SharePoint platform issues.
• Investigate and resolve performance, connectivity, and permission issues.

Documentation & Best Practices

• Maintain documentation for:
• SharePoint architecture
• Farm configuration
• Operational procedures
• Provide recommendations for platform improvements and optimization.

Required Skills

Technical Skills

• Strong experience with SharePoint Server (2016 / 2019) administration
• Experience managing SharePoint farms in enterprise environments
• Experience with PowerShell scripting for SharePoint administration
• Experience managing SharePoint service applications
