We are currently seeking a Biometrics Managing Director to join our team in Pune, Mahārāshtra (IN-MH), India (IN).

Industry Consulting Managing Director possess a high degree of industry specific knowledge and current business trends. Has the ability to solve client business challenges and devise new approaches to improve and expand clients market success. These consultants possess a high proficiency in communications to facilitate project meetings, identify, mitigate and resolve issues, and depict and convey status to executive leadership. These consultants define the value proposition, work plans, resource needs, timeline and budget for projects. Consultants manage resources (i.e. capital requirements and human capital) to achieve the project objectives on time, within scope, and within budget. Responsibilities include the overall planning, direction, prioritization and delivery of all projects in a manner aligned with the client’s expectations and business needs. Ensures the ongoing process/system capabilities associated with projects meet the project needs and desired results. Manages any changes required to meet or exceed the expectations established in project designs.

Responsibilities:

• Manages projects critical to the company.
• Manages and/or oversees the management of the largest and most complex client engagements.
• Collaborates with leadership to establish organizational strategy and business objectives.
• Influences the strategic and/or longterm focus of the organization, • Implements tactical and strategic change throughout the organization.
• Provides authoritative advice to top management based on deep subject matter expertise.
• Provides thought leadership on the most complex business and/or technical client engagements.
• Provides expert consulting, guidance and strategic planning.
• Influences business and technology strategy by understanding business needs and industry trends and prioritizing business and/or IT resources.
• Recognized internally and externally as a technical thought leader and visionary.
• Leads the development of innovative ideas and principles.
• Generates leadingedge consulting solutions.
• Develops and maintains effective relationships with top executives in targeted companies and participates as a key member in solutions and strategy decisions.
