Industry Solutions Leader – Evidence Services, Life Sciences

We are seeking a highly experienced Industry Solutions Leader to drive new solutions and growth across our Evidence Generation business within the Life Sciences sector. This role is ideal for a senior leader with deep industry relationships and a strong track record developing and deploying data, analytics, and evidence‑driven services.

About the Evidence Generation Business

  • Our Evidence Services portfolio supports clients across the Life Sciences ecosystem, including:
  • Pharmaceutical, Medical Technology, Medical Device, and CRO sub‑industries
  • Functional areas such as Research, Clinical Development, Safety, Regulatory, Real-world Evidence, Health Economics and Outcomes Research, Market Access, and Medical Affairs

Core Service Offerings

  • Evidence analytics across a broad range of use cases (including but not limited to drug white space, Drug efficacy, meta-analysis, pricing and reimbursement, safety surveillance, health resource utilization, differentiation vs generics etc.)
  • Biostatistics, programming, data science and AI services
  • Data Handling and Management (including a wide range of data sources across RWE, RCT, OMICS, Chemistry, etc.)
  • Medical and Scientific writing

Adjacent Services

  • Staff augmentation and functional service provider (FSP) support
  • Clinical operations and compliance
  • Pharmacovigilance
  • AI‑enabled solutions supporting evidence analytics and process transformation across Clinical and Scientific domain

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new solutions by partnering with consulting and delivery teams to develop integrated solutions that leverage our full capabilities across our evidence generation business.
  • Partner with client leaders to develop point solutions and adapt existing solutions to solve business challenges and enable efficiencies and new business opportunities.
  • Contribute to the thought leadership of the evidence generation space by authoring white papers, blogs and journal articles, attending and presenting at appropriate conferences and working with industry analysts.
  • Support sales of evidence-based solutions by participating and/or leading client pursuits including RFPs, content creation, client relationship development, customer presentations, pricing and solution alignment.
  • Partner with delivery leaders to Build and manage a team of SMEs to support the evidence clients and solutions.



Experience & Qualifications

Required

  • 20+ years of experience in Life Sciences clinical services, real world evidence and scientific expertise.
  • 10+ years delivering data‑ and analytics‑driven services to pharmaceutical clients in:
    • Clinical development
    • Real‑world evidence (RWE)
    • Health economics and outcomes research (HEOR)
    • Market access and pricing
  • Experience working with global teams and global delivery models
  • Prior experience developing and deploying evidence services within a CRO, evidence boutique firm, or large consultancy evidence practice
  • Strong understanding of the Life Sciences value chain with focused and demonstrated expertise in the clinical and R&D phases.
  • Extensive network of Life Sciences buyers and partners
  • Bachelor’s degree in technology, healthcare, or equivalent experience; master's degree or Phd will be preferred
  • Understanding of the competitive landscape for Evidence Services and anticipating how market and competitive factors will influence NTT DATA services
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrates boardroom executive presence
