We are currently seeking a Business Analyst-Mortgage to join our team in Pune, Mahārāshtra (IN-MH), India (IN).

• Analyzing mortgage-related business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing solutions to enhance efficiency, profitability, and risk management within a mortgage lending organization. 
• collaborate with stakeholders, gather requirements, and document processes, often leveraging technology and data analysis to support strategic objectives. 
• Identify business needs and challenges within the mortgage lifecycle (origination, servicing, secondary marketing, etc.).
• Collect and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and potential issues.
• Document business requirements and create functional specifications for new systems or enhancements.
• Analyze existing mortgage processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
• Develop and recommend solutions for process improvements, potentially involving automation, technology implementation, or policy changes.y
• Experience in the mortgage lending industry, particularly in areas like origination, servicing, or secondary marketing.
• Familiarity with mortgage processes, systems, and regulations .
• Ability to communicate effectively: with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent documentation and project management skills .
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools .
