We are currently seeking a Business Consulting - Compliance Voice Recording Soltion Architect to join our team in Pune, Mahārāshtra (IN-MH), India (IN).

Job Title : Solution Architect – Compliance Voice Recording

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect – Compliance Voice Recording to join our End User Technologies team. The ideal candidate will lead the design, engineering, and governance of enterprise voice recording solutions across a global environment.

You will be responsible for architecting, implementing, and maintaining Compliance Recording platforms while collaborating with internal engineering teams, vendors, and business stakeholders. This role requires deep technical expertise in voice recording technologies, real-time communications, enterprise telephony, and cloud-based integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise Compliance Voice Recording solutions.
• Define architecture standards, engineering guidelines, and best practices.
• Lead technical design, implementation, testing, and deployment of voice recording platforms.
• Manage platform lifecycle, upgrades, vendor roadmaps, and technology enhancements.
• Collaborate with Operations, Security, Infrastructure, and Global Engineering teams.
• Ensure solutions comply with enterprise security, governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive standardization, high availability, resiliency, and performance improvements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures.
• Work closely with technology vendors to evaluate new features and product enhancements.
• Support Disaster Recovery (DR), Business Continuity (BCP), and release management activities.
• Participate in architecture reviews, governance meetings, and technical solution discussions.
• Support production issues, root cause analysis, and continuous service improvement initiatives.

Required Experience

• 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Voice or Unified Communications.
• Hands-on experience with NICE, Verint, ASC, or similar Compliance Recording platforms.
• Experience designing enterprise voice recording architecture.
• Strong understanding of VoIP, SIP, RTP, codecs, and enterprise networking.
• Experience integrating Voice Recording with Microsoft Teams, Avaya, IPC, or similar platforms.
• Experience with Governance Testing for voice recording solutions.
• Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure/GCP).
• Experience in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Python, or SQL.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and technology roadmaps.
• Experience in Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP).
• Experience in RFP, Vendor Risk Management (VRM), and Technology Evaluation.
