We are currently seeking a Business Consulting-Windows Technical analyst to join our team in Pune, Mahārāshtra (IN-MH), India (IN).

A Windows Technical Analyst is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows–based systems, user environments, and enterprise infrastructure to ensure smooth IT operations.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and related software
• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, and virtual environments
• Monitor system performance and resolve hardware/software issues
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies
• Handle system updates, patches, and security configurations
• Troubleshoot network connectivity and domain-related issues
• Support Active Directory administration
• Document incidents, solutions, and system changes
• Coordinate with IT teams for deployments, upgrades, and migrations

🧠 Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Windows OS (Windows 10/11, Windows Server)
• Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP
• Troubleshooting and incident management skills
• Basic networking knowledge
• Familiarity with ticketing tools and ITIL processes
• Good communication and user support skills

🎓 Typical Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 1–5 years experience in Windows system support (varies by level)
