We are currently seeking a Field Tech Senior Associate - Voice Ops Engineer to join our team in Pune, Mahārāshtra (IN-MH), India (IN).

Job Description- Voice Ops Engineer 

 Roles & Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of CISCO and Avaya platform.
• Understanding of PRI and basic enterprise voice setup
• Telco/Vendor coordination for PRI related issues.
• Basic support - visual checks on the devices, basic troubleshooting like changing cables etc.
• CUCM, CUC
• Cisco Voice gateway
• ISDN PRI T1/E1, CAS, CSS
• Good knowledge on FXO, FXS, SRST
• Rack/stack a new/replacement device or change hot-swappable components at all service locations.
• OEM coordiantion for hardware spare
• Co-ordinate with remote location team for device installation 
• Hardware Uptime Report
• Overview of hardware and tech room activity 
• Review for Hardware Failures Trend Analysis 
• Review complete device inventory with cost details for Insurance coverage. 
• Power Load & Consumption Details 
• Vendor coordination for Network and Fiber Cabling for Tech rooms 
• Device movement, redeployment of the assets and disposal of EOL assets 
• Inventory management.
• Knowledge of data center environment like power, cooling, humidity
• Preparation of Rack elevation for new device installation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from an authorized university. 
• Minimum 2-3 yrs of exp.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Basic understanding of ITIL Framework is a must (SLA, CHG, Problem, and incident mgmt.)
• Knowledge on ticketing tool preferrable ServiceNow.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts 24*7 environment
• Travel, including overnight domestic travel, may be required
