We are currently seeking a Industry Consulting Manager to join our team in Pune, Mahārāshtra (IN-MH), India (IN).

Role Context

The Enterprise Architect defines the technology and data strategies and implementation roadmap for their respective functions, group of platforms or domain of accountability. Their primary stakeholders are Platform Leads, Business colleagues, and fellow Architects (Enterprise, Platform, Process, Solution, and Business).

They are accountable for defining, owning and maintaining the enterprise architecture blueprint, aligned to HSBC strategies, and providing overarching Design Authority accountability.

Responsible for shaping the architecture roadmap within HSBC and implementing technology and/or data strategy.	Manage
Define, maintain and own the enterprise architecture plan, ensuring alignment to HSBC strategies, Provide overarching Design Authority accountability for major change initiatives across the Group.	Manage
Lead and own the development and implementation of architecture strategy and standards	Manage
Introduce new practices, processes, operating model, techniques, products, services, technologies and standards where needed against identified use cases, via the appropriate governance bodies	Manage
Accountable to the design authority for technology decisions and leadership of the appropriate governance bodies	Manage
Stay abreast of technology and/or data and analytic trends and advise Technology, DAO and the business about potential benefits/impacts	Manage
