We are currently seeking a Lead Offshore Technical Engineer to join our team in Pune, Mahārāshtra (IN-MH), India (IN).

Once You Are Here, You Will:

• Manages, resolves, and system emergencies and problems related to systems and environments.
• Acts as a technical expert or advisor for highly technical solutions concerning specialized application tools,
• Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards.
• Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code. • Analyze and resolve technical and application problems.
• Supports full Software Development Life-Cycle for complex applications.
• Proposes and implements systems enhancements that will improve the reliability and performance of the system.
• Defines data models, data definitions, data dictionaries, SQL, PL/SQL, and other database objects, independent of a DBA.
• Develops system documentation, including designs, technical guides, user guides, and other system documentation.
• Hands-on experience with unit testing frameworks like JUnit or TestNG
• Prepares and manages system tests for complex application systems.
• Understands large scale multi-tenant software products supporting multiple government agencies.
• Working knowledge of test-driven development, CI/CD processes, and Microservices

Basic Qualifications:

• Java-10+ yrs, Java Spring Boot, Azure, AKS/K8s, AzDO pipelines, Azure API Management
• 7+ years of experience in Java/Spring
• 4+ years of experience in Microservices
• 2+ years of experience in Azure Kubernetes Services and deployment pipelines..
• 2+ years of experience leading teams ranging from 5+ senior, mid and junior Developers.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in either Rest or Soap API development.
• Experience simultaneously leading one or more project teams for one or more applications.
• Good understanding on agile ceremonies.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree Desired.
