We are currently seeking a QA Automation Engineer to join our team in Pune, Mahārāshtra (IN-MH), India (IN).

A QA Automation Engineer focused on automating software testing processes. This role involves developing and implementing automation strategies and approaches, sustainable and pragmatic planning, ensuring efficient and effective test execution, and collaborating with various teams to improve software quality. It also demands hands on experience on all the tools and technologies. Expected to perform day to day activities along with engineerial guidance.

Responsibilities include test automation development, process improvement, and communication with team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to plan end to end automation test execution including performance testing, load testing, stress testing,
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts, ensuring thorough test coverage and efficient execution. 
• Identify and implement improvements to the QA process, including automation,  testing methodologies. 
• Collaborate with development, product management, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment on quality goals. 
• Oversee the identification, reporting, and resolution of software defects. 
• Conduct performance and load testing to evaluate system scalability, reliability, and efficiency. 
• Track and analyse test results, providing detailed reports and metrics to stakeholders. 
• Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in software testing and automation. 

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in test automation frameworks and tools Selenium ,TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber,  Postman, Tricentis Tosca, SOAP UI,J meter
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and related tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience with performance and load testing.
• Ability to mentor and train team members.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). 
• Self-starter and driver
• Excellent team management skills
