We are currently seeking a Salesforce Developer to join our team in Pune, Mahārāshtra (IN-MH), India (IN).

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on expertise across the Salesforce ecosystem. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, testing, and supporting scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements and Salesforce best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Flows, and Salesforce configuration.

Develop reusable and scalable Lightning Web Components and custom Salesforce functionality.

Build and maintain Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, scheduled jobs, and asynchronous processing.

Configure Salesforce capabilities including objects, fields, validation rules, record types, page layouts, permissions, sharing rules, and Flows.

Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Web Services, and middleware/integration platforms.

Work with Salesforce security concepts including profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing, and field-level security.

Perform data analysis and manipulation using SOQL, SOSL, Data Loader, and other Salesforce data tools.

Participate in requirement analysis, technical design, estimation, development, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.

Troubleshoot application, integration, data, and performance-related issues.

Follow Salesforce development standards and ensure adherence to governor limits, security, performance, and maintainability best practices.

Support CI/CD and release management processes across Salesforce environments.

Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA teams, product owners, and other developers in an Agile delivery environment.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong hands-on experience with the Salesforce Platform and ecosystem.

Strong development experience with:

Apex

Lightning Web Components (LWC)

SOQL / SOSL

Salesforce Flows

Triggers and asynchronous Apex

Good understanding of Salesforce configuration and declarative capabilities.

Experience developing and consuming REST and SOAP APIs and integrating Salesforce with external systems.

Good understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, sharing framework, and governor limits.

Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.

Experience with Salesforce deployment and source-control tools such as Salesforce CLI, Git, CI/CD pipelines, Copado, Gearset, or equivalent.

Good understanding of software engineering practices including coding standards, unit testing, code reviews, and version control.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery teams.

Salesforce certifications such as:

Platform Developer I

Salesforce Administrator

JavaScript Developer I

Experience

Typically 3–5+ years of Salesforce development experience

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or an equivalent discipline/experience.
