We are currently seeking a Systems Administration Advisor to join our team in Pune, Mahārāshtra (IN-MH), India (IN).

 Provide operational support for cybersecurity technologies, mainly CrowdStrike, Zscaler, Checkpoint Harmony, and other in scope.
• Communicate plans and routine updates on tasks and projects, open and escalate issues/risks.
• Schedule and lead working group meetings, including preparation of meeting agendas and meeting minutes. Track and follow-up on action items to closure. • Provide ad-hoc operational support.
• Ensure that all integration of functions meet business goals.
• Identify problem causality, business impact and root causes.
• Advise or mentor junior team members
• Coordinate with cross-functional Operations and Technology (O&T) counterparts and teams to improve O&T risk oversight
• Ensure non-compliant items are addressed through coordination with Business Manager and business staff
• Establish communication channels with cross-sector partners to efficiently tackle security issues that span multiple businesses

Qualifications:
• 6+ years of relevant experience
• Experience at a bank or financial institution preferred
• Strong experience in Cyber Security and antivirus/malware technologies in the following technologies (CrowdStrike, Trellix, Zscaler)
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Knowledge of Scripting and Programming Languages preferred
• Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply information security policies, standards and procedures
• Proven influencing and relationship management skills

Education:
• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
• Master’s degree preferred
