We are currently seeking a Technical Consultant - Zscaler Security Engineer to join our team in Pune, Mahārāshtra (IN-MH), India (IN).

Job Description – Zscaler Security Engineer / Consultant

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Zscaler Security Engineer/Consultant with strong expertise in Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA), Zscaler Private Access (ZPA), Zscaler Digital Experience (ZDX), Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), and SASE architectures. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, troubleshooting, and supporting enterprise security solutions while ensuring secure access, optimal user experience, and adherence to Zero Trust principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, configure, and support Zscaler security platforms, including ZIA, ZPA, ZDX, ZTCA, SASE, and ZTNA solutions.
• Implement and maintain Zero Trust Architecture strategies across enterprise environments.
• Configure and manage Secure Web Gateway (SWG), Cloud Security, CASB, and web security policies.
• Administer ZIA components including:
• URL Filtering
• Firewall Policies
• SSL Inspection
• Threat and Malware Protection
• Application Control
• Forwarding Profiles
• PAC File Management
• Administer ZPA components including:
• App Connectors
• Private Service Edges
• Server Groups
• Application Segmentation
• Access Policies
• Monitor and troubleshoot end-user connectivity and application performance issues using ZDX, Zscaler Analytics, and network troubleshooting tools.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for security and network-related incidents.
• Collaborate with network, cloud, identity, and application teams to resolve complex issues.
• Participate in Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes, including CAB reviews.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, implementation guides, and operational runbooks.
• Support security audits, compliance requirements, and continuous service improvement initiatives.
