We are currently seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our team in Pune, Mahārāshtra (IN-MH), India (IN).

Good experience handling project as Scrum master using Agile Project Management methodology in Jira.
Experience working in banking domain as scrum master
Data Technology experience(candidates with experience on ETL transformation with Data Governance/ Data Lineage/ Data Cataloguing/ Meta Data etc, candidates need to have hands-on development experience (data skills) in the past Proactively manage the end-to-end delivery of engineering work for assigned scrum team(s)/project team(s) and all dependent teams.
Responsible of project from inception to completion (including kick off, capacity planning, dependency management and execution) for up to 2-3 teams.
Fully understand current team's product feature, technology stack, architecture. Establish technical credibility to drive constructive discussions with the engineering teams.
Perform existing organization processes (adherence to SDLC processes, compliance, legal requirements).
Familiarity with current standard workflow management tools (Jira, Confluence etc).
Strong planning, organization, and disciplined execution skills.
Diligence in execution and management of regular agile routines
Strong verbal and written communication - stakeholders communication, status reporting.
Be curious to identify opportunities every day and everywhere, find root cause and provide solutions, identify automation opportunities, and optimize processes.
