We are currently seeking a nCino Developer to join our team in Pune, Mahārāshtra (IN-MH), India (IN).

Key Responsibilities 

  • Design, develop, and implement robust nCino applications to enhance business operations and the user experience. 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver innovative solutions aligned to business needs. 

  • Customize and configure nCino functionality, including data modeling, user interface design, and workflow automation. 

  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure high performance, security, and reliability. 

  • Provide ongoing maintenance and enhancements for existing nCino and Salesforce applications, ensuring alignment with evolving internal processes and industry standards. 

  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, nCino development best practices, and Salesforce features to continuously improve our platforms. 

  • Provide training and support to end-users to promote effective utilization and adoption of nCino and Salesforce applications. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and UI/UX designers, to ensure seamless project execution and delivery. 

 

Must-Have Qualifications 

  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in nCino development and customization. 

  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and SOQL. 

  • Deep understanding of nCino’s capabilities and functionalities within the banking domain. 

  • Experience with integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, and data migration tools. 

  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git). 

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to work independently. 

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams. 

 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I/II or nCino certifications. 

  • Experience in financial services or banking technology projects. 

  • Experience mentoring junior developers or leading technical teams.
