We are currently seeking a MF Storage Consultant to join our team in pune, Mahārāshtra (IN-MH), India (IN).

In this role, you will:

• Contribution towards the evaluation and doing proof of concepts of new products.
• Build of enterprise class storage products, development code, DevOps Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery pipelines to the design
• Build of automation in support of re-certification, upgrade, Evergreen and production support functions, build automation interfaces between systems and confirm api's integrate.
• Documentation of engineering standards, best practices, relevant for production build and support teams to allow for rapid adoption
• Testing, certification and validation of storage products and services, ensure smooth handover of engineered storage products to the production build, deployment and support teams, with supporting documentation to ensure smooth, efficient global adoption.
• Management of all aspects of risks and financial controls to ensure products are engineered within agreed timescales, on quality and on budget
• Provide Level 2/3 production support. Coordinates problem resolution for a variety of functional areas and provides subject matter expertise support for diagnosing and resolving problems
• Analyzes storage system behavior and baselines, resolve complex IO problems, recommends storage system layouts according to data usage and criticality.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• University-level degree or equivalent experience in computer science or a related field with at least 10 years experience
• Demonstrable experience with Storage platforms in Object area, with experience in Dell EMC ECS, NetApp StorageGrid, Veritas Enterprise Vault, OpenText InfoArchive, Cloudian, VAST, Scality, IBM COS, or Pure
• Experience with AWS, GCP, MS Azure, NAS, SAN and backup would be an advantage
• Experience working within an Agile environment
• Knowledge and experience in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Ansible, would be an advantage
• Automation scripting with API (using scripting languages such as Ansible, Python etc.)
• Maintain can do attitude and stay positive towards challenges
• Ability in working under pressure and flexible in work scheduling with colleagues in different time zones
